Let's Talk About Balance

In life, whether consciously or unconsciously, the whole that we are (mind body) constantly strives for balance.

Most of the time, the mind and the day-to-day burden interfere with our awareness level to seek and seek to find our inner balance, so the body reacts accordingly and signals us, sometimes it's already a little late..

Inside the soul, each of us seeks more calm, more inner peace, more moments of contentment and joy, and we tend to assure ourselves that tomorrow we will make some change for the good of the matter, but reality is stronger than anything, and the pressure of the day to day, does not change or let up in a moment, And obviously, profound lifestyle changes take time to build and implement.

When you think about it, the middle line between the yin and the yang is so delicate and changes all the time, and there are very few moments when we feel the body is balanced and the mind is peaceful and calm, certainly and certainly these days, in which our threshold of stimulation is so high and we are constantly searching More and more "thrills" and are constantly under a veil of distractions, which usually feel to us like "the most significant thing" "and the most urgent to be done".

The "must" to answer directly on WhatsApp, the "must" to be accessible and available to everyone all the time, the social networks, the news channels, the boss at work who sends messages even at 10 pm, the spouses, the children, the friends, the family...

It doesn't end there, and above all... it usually doesn't end well!

In practicing Qi Gong and Tai Chi, we practice working from the outside in, and the inside out. You practice actual physical work, of movement, flexibility, strength. And on the other hand, inner work of breathing, awareness, listening, meditation and more and more...

One of the practices that are really the basic elements is called "Pushing Hands" (pushing hands) and in it we practice finding our center, the physical, mental, and emotional center. In the Pushing Engineering practice, we work in pairs, and the idea is to try and get each other out of balance in movement, and from there learn about our correct structure. How to stand firm and right, where to let go, how to breathe, when to push, and most importantly how to listen. to listen to ourselves and to listen to the partner who is practicing with us.

This practice does not end in one lesson, and over time becomes a real way of life, in a constant quest to find the center, the chin, our ultimate point of balance, and from there apply it to everyday life, which can so easily throw us out of balance.

For over two years I have been teaching and practicing Tai Chi Gong all over the valley. With both young and old groups, the results are not long in coming and this creates a deep and real change in the practitioners. Over 3000 years of ancient Chinese knowledge are concentrated into each lesson, and from there, as mentioned, sink into consciousness and slowly seep into insights and everyday life.

For me it is a great privilege, and for them it is real change and healing. I'm proud of my practitioners for their persistence and investment, and it's exciting every time, to see the change for the better weaving skin and tendons, slowly, step by step, together, finding the balance.
